1. Within 30 days of invoice date,
The Living Tree Company will accept the return of any product on the
basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.
2. Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and
receive approval from The Living Tree Company before replacement
merchandise or credit memo will be issued.
3. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable
condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
4. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the
responsibility of the customer.

Please note that discount coupon codes can not be combined. Only one
coupon code can be used per order.
You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items
either via e-mail, on your packing slip or invoice. You may reorder
out of stock items at a later date.
