The Bach Flower Remedies & Dr Bach

Dr Edward Bach is often considered to be the father of modern flower essences. His pioneering work during the 1930's provided the basis for the advancements in the field of flower essences that has taken place recently. His discovery of the wonderful 38 flower remedies that we now know as the Bach Flower Remedies was the culmination of a lifetime spent seeking to provide his fellow man with a simple form of ‘medicine' that would be freely available to all. With a vision far ahead of most of his contemporaries, he believed that the true cause of illness & disease in human beings lay in the personality – in the mental and emotional patterns through which we view ourselves and the world around us. His legacy to us all was the very clear understandings that he provided in his writings about the true state of the human condition, together with the tools to make profound and lasting change.
