I received my nutrition consulting education and certificate from Bauman College (2-year holistic nutrition program) in Berkeley, CA. I received my vegetarian chef and instructor education and certificate from the Natural Gourmet Cooking School, NY, NY. I received my Bachelors degree in Physical Education from the 4-year Physical Education University in Zagreb, Croatia. My cooking experience I gained at the Millennium, vegetarian-vegan restaurant.
